Meet Bev

Bev is an experienced Change Management specialist who has devoted the past 20 years of her career delivering business solutions across a broad range of services in a diverse set of industries. Bev has extensive experience in Organisational Management – managing, developing and facilitating change in order to achieve organisational improvement and transformation.

During her career, Bev has worked within organisations of different shapes and sizes, including those shown below. Bringing this experience to ASPIRE Change Management, she continues to provide the highest level of practical and empowering support, training and advice to change management projects and practitioners.

Dale Poole - Principal Consultant

An experienced Manager and Principal Consultant specialising in Change Leadership/Management, Project Management and Business Analysis, with proven capability across Change and Project Management methodologies (ADKAR, APMG, PCI, Kotter and, PRINCE2, Agile, PMBoK).

 

A strong, ethical leader who has worked across multiple industries, Dale has also led significant enterprise applications such as Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft (incl. Dynamics) and SAP, and is experienced across Data Analytics and Cloud, the digital transformation landscape and adapts quickly to new technologies and systems.

 

Dale demonstrates a strategic approach with a strong analysis skill-set, broad stakeholder engagement experience and an understanding of how change impacts people/employee performance. He is an adaptable, experienced senior professional who believes in empowering organisations and their people to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Batya Eaton - Senior Change Consultant

Batya Eaton is a holistic professional focussed on both technical excellence and psychological well-being. With over 15 years of experience, Batya combines her innate sense of connection with her practical industry experience. Her career has been focussed on behavioural change management centred on equally large scale and impact projects.

 

An adventurer at heart, Batya’s travels have immersed her in foreign cultures, providing an insight into the crux of behavioural change, understanding the source of individual perspective. By listening to their frame of reference, this culminates in an understanding of the essential requirements for project and program success.

 

Batya has had many impactful career successes, however, her passion has been and continues to be helping individuals and organisations achieve their definition of success and beyond.

Bernadette (BJay) Lakey - Senior Organisational Change Manager

Bernadette (BJay) Lakey is an experienced and passionate change management, organisational development, culture transformation, leadership development, and learning and development professional. She is a highly regarded leader, manager, facilitator, consultant, and coach with over 30 years of providing programs and services both within career roles and as a consultant with large, complex organisations globally and nationally. An awarded and well-known leader with both strategic and "hands on” experience, BJay builds peoples capability to lead and to grow during significant change in organisations. 

 

BJay is a friendly, empathetic, and engaging person, which means that she balances both the needs of people whilst delivering business value to organisations. 

Joel Mendelson - Change Management and Business Process Consultant 

An experienced manager specialising in Change, business process improvement, business analysis and strengthening organisational communication. Joel has a multitude of experience across industries in private, not-for-profit and government (State and Local) sectors, including defence, construction, engineering, shipbuilding, justice, land management, energy, healthcare. He has previously held leadership roles focussed on corporate governance, audit and risk management.  

He has also had substantial experience in enterprise applications such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and many large bespoke enterprise systems. With a keen interest in emerging business technologies, Joel is particularly interested in how artificial intelligence (AI) can be utilised to improve organisational outcomes.  

Joel has significant stakeholder engagement experience, with a keen understanding of change leadership and how change affects all involved – from Board Chair and C-Suite to operational staff.  

A determined professional, Joel thrives in environments where strong relationships can be developed, and where sound corporate governance and risk management and go hand in hand to ensure each change solution is on-target to achieve business transformations. 

Lisa Hooyer -Senior Change and Engagement Consultant

Lisa specialises in helping organisations through major business process, technology, people and systems change.  

At a strategic level, Lisa works closely with C Level and General Managers on stakeholder analysis and leadership strategies in complex, rapidly changing political environments. Lisa can convert strategy into tactical operational steps, and bridge communication between both stakeholder groups using situation relevant change methods and tools. For example, stakeholder analysis and mapping to change impact assessments. Using these to develop and implement action plans to overcome gaps and influence key stakeholders. 

Her passions shine when working with great teams, who care for each other, and enjoy being part of something bigger than themselves. She is happiest when part of a high performing team that is energetic, respectful and supportive of each other. 

Irene Liakos - Training Facilitator

Irene is an experienced Product and Marketing Professional with over 20 years of expertise in leading product launches and managing change across both large organisations and startups. With an MBA from AGSM@UNSW, certifications as a Scrum Master and APMG Change Manager and Practitioner, Irene has worked with leading companies such as Telstra, Optus, Virgin, and Citi excelling at navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders, driving change and creating value. 

Recognised for developing innovative, customer-focused products and building high-performing teams, Irene has educated hundreds of professionals in product management, product marketing, pricing strategy and change management. She lives in Sydney, Australia. 

Michael Fong - Training Facilitator

Michael is an engaging learning facilitator who has over 30 years of experience in training, and project and quality management.  He has assumed demanding, challenging roles as trainer/facilitator, consultant, change agent and project manager in dynamic, multinational environments, including Citibank and Shell.

He holds an MBA and has extensive practical experience as a management consultant, facilitator and trainer to multinational companies in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.  He lives in Melbourne, Australia
