The Aspire Change Community offer’s support, a place of reassurance, fresh thinking and somewhere to come when all feels wobbly and lost.

Our community provides the opportunity to share, learn and support each other. We are not aligned to any organisation methodology, Institute or Association.

Based in Perth, Western Australia, our community meets in-person (usually over aglass of wine), and virtually our friends across Australia and overseas.

We maybe masters and specialists or our craft, business leaders, new to our field practitioners, complementary professionals – all with one thing in common – to speak freely, be curious, respectful and enjoy a community where you can relax, be yourself and make change easier, human and successful.

ASPIRE Community Events

Our intent is to schedule regular opportunities for our community to connect andparticipate in our events. The only cost to you is your time, and participation.

We have several streams of events, so pick and choose to suit your interest:

Community group events (virtual) – informal networking, connecting. Bring along current challenges, questions or reflective moments to share and learn. Together, we can share our insights, provide possible solutions, technique and tools to assist you navigate your desired outcome.

Aspire Mentor Me (virtual) - Whilst similar to the Community group event, this monthly session is for AspireCM trained APMG CM Foundation and Practitioners only. Its provided free of charge and enables our participants a safe space to practice and embed their learning.

Unpack, unpick and apply – topics decided by our community – where we unpack/explain a change process, tool or model, unpick the nuances’ and then how to apply within your environment
