Her career has been focussed on behavioural change management centred on equally large scale and impact projects.

An adventurer at heart, Batya’s travels have immersed her in foreign cultures, providing an insight into the crux of behavioural change, understanding the source of individual perspective. By listening to their frame of reference, this culminates in an understanding of the essential requirements for project and program success.

Aimee provides an eye for quality, manages our APMG Authorised Training Organisation responsibilities and serves as an amazing resource in development, research and collection of new or updated training ideas, methods and resources.

Joel Mendelson

Change Management and Business Process Consultant

An experienced manager specialising in Change, business process improvement, business analysis and strengthening organisational communication. Joel has a multitude of experience across industries in private, not-for-profit and government (State and Local) sectors, including defence, construction, engineering, shipbuilding, justice, land management, energy, healthcare. He has previously held leadership roles focussed on corporate governance, audit and risk management.  

He has also had substantial experience in enterprise applications such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and many large bespoke enterprise systems. With a keen interest in emerging business technologies, Joel is particularly interested in how artificial intelligence (AI) can be utilised to improve organisational outcomes.  

Joel has significant stakeholder engagement experience, with a keen understanding of change leadership and how change affects all involved – from Board Chair and C-Suite to operational staff.

She is an innovative, proficient and effective Senior Change Manager with over 25 years’ experience, who is able to represent the needs of the business to ensure successful implementation of business and technology change projects.  Mary thrives in challenging environments, and has delivered change outcomes for large programs of work across the Resourcing and Mining Sector, Utilities and Financial industries/

Both a strategic thinker and tactical practitioner, who can execute plans using a range of methodologies, including PROSCI® Lean, Kotter and Prince2. She relishes working alongside CEOs, and Executive teams to develop Sponsor Coalitions and building change leadership capabilities through coaching and mentoring.

Irene is an experienced Product and Marketing Professional with over 20 years of expertise in leading product launches and managing change across both large organisations and startups. With an MBA from AGSM@UNSW, certifications as a Scrum Master and APMG Change Manager and Practitioner, Irene has worked with leading companies such as Telstra, Optus, Virgin, and Citi excelling at navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders, driving change and creating value. 

Recognised for developing innovative, customer-focused products and building high-performing teams, Irene has educated hundreds of professionals in product management, product marketing, pricing strategy and change management. She lives in Sydney, Australia.

Michael is an engaging learning facilitator who has over 30 years of experience in training, and project and quality management.  He has assumed demanding, challenging roles as trainer/facilitator, consultant, change agent and project manager in dynamic, multinational environments, including Citibank and Shell.

He holds an MBA and has extensive practical experience as a management consultant, facilitator and trainer to multinational companies in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.  He lives in Melbourne, Australia
