Aspire CM offers small team mentoring programs that are structured to build individual and team capabilities through monthly skill discovery and shared learning experiences.
Held monthly over 6 months (to allow for application into the workplace, peer mentoring and knowledge sharing), we rotate between a mentoring session and insights from a variety successful industry speaker. Topics and the program structure can be tailored to meet the teamsâ goals and levels of capability.
