ASPIRE ME – Mentor Me for Teams
Aspire CM offers small team mentoring programs that are structured to build individual and team capabilities through monthly skill discovery and shared learning experiences.
Held monthly over 6 months (to allow for application into the workplace, peer mentoring and knowledge sharing), we rotate between a mentoring session and insights from a variety successful industry speaker. Topics and the program structure can be tailored to meet the teams’ goals and levels of capability.
